Algernon took a couple of field trips to the local river with some of the Wee Explorers to show them the large body of water over two days.
The first group was John Osborne and Sven Husky and they had a wall to look from at the water and gravel that forms the beach
The next day Justin Caramel and Alfie Maple joined Algernon at a different place and discovered that high tide is lively and these steps are the safest thing to stand on... Even the lowest step is wet!

It's always interesting to see Sylvanians out in the real world. I wonder if any of the Wee Explorers were overwhelmed seeing all that water! They'd know Algernon would keep them safe, though.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos.
I had a lot of fun looking at little Freudsheim citizens on their excursion to the outer world. I'm sure they had great stories to tell to their comrades when they were back home... ;)
ReplyDeleteThe Wee Explorers must have been impressed to see such a big body of water!
ReplyDeleteSo adorable! I always love seeing the adventures of the Wee Explorers. I'm sure the little ones enjoyed the trip and were impressed by the river!
