This is a map designed by sylvanako that has been put together by fans and members of the old forum. It is not an 'official' map of the Sylvanian Families brand.

The 'ghost' towns, marked with purple dots, are places invented by the forum members to be used in their stories.

To prevent filling the map with too many spots from less regular members it was decided to put some kind of restrictions. One basic rule was the posts limitation which was 50 posts at least, before a member could have their village on the map. Also the mods had the right to remove places from the map when a member was not active for more than one year. Also it was deemed there must be a limitation for the "ghost" towns; one should have at least 100 posts but only requested if absolutely necessary to avoid the 'overpopulation' of the map.

Other Towns

Some ghost villages have been created within stories but have not specifically positioned on the map. This is often because the relation to a featured village is significant but didn't warrant inclusion on sylvanako's map. They can nevertheless be documented here.
